Overview

We would like to hear your views on the draft planning guidance for the redevelopment of the former St Saviour’s Hospital. This guidance sets out the Minister for the Environment’s proposals that will guide the development of the land, which is owned by the Government of Jersey.  

Why your views matter

Before adopting the new guidance, the Minister for the Environment would like to hear Islanders views about the planning guidance proposed to shape future development.

What happens next

This public consultation will run from 22 November 2023 to 17 January 2024. Following your feedback the brief will be amended to take account of your views.
