15 kwietnia 2023 roku, Minister ds Mieszkalnictwa i Społeczności, Deputowany David Warr, opublikował dokument opisujący proponowane przez niego zmiany do istniejącej Ustawy O Najmie Lokali Mieszkaniowych, które miały na celu wniesienie poprawek i rozszerzenie zakresu prawa mieszkaniowego włączając w to sprawy takie jak:

  • stabilizacja wysokości czynszów
  • zasady mieszkalnictwa socjalnego
  • wprowadzenie nowego Tribunal Mieszkaniowego  

W następstwie tej publikacji rozpoczęto dziesięciotygodniowy process konsultacji, który zakończył się 23 czerwca 2023 roku.

W czasie trwania konsultacji zebraliśmy znaczącą ilość informacji od 328 osób prywatnych i organizacji, które były zainteresowane proponowanymi reformami Ustawy o Wynajmie Lokali Mieszkaniowych.

Nasza polityka prywatności (w języku angielskim) opisuje zakres naszego działania i informuje w jaki sposòb nadesłane komentarze i opinie są przetwarzane, przechowywane i chronione.

Opinie respondentów są zawarte w dokumencie ‘Konkluzje raportu w kwestii poprawy warunków wynajmu mieszkaniowego. Propozycje zmian do Ustawy o Najmie Lokali Mieszkaniowych’.

Po zakończeniu konsultacji obecny Minister ds Mieszkalnictwa, Deputowany Sam Mézec, opublikował oświadczenie w sprawie swojej polityki mieszkaniowej wyjaśniające w jaki sposób prace nad Ustawą o Najmie Lokali Mieszkaniowych będą kontynuowane.

On 15 April 2023, the Minister for Housing and Communities, David Warr, published a paper setting out his proposed approach to improving the existing Residential Tenancy Law, making enhancements to residential tenancies and broadening the scope of the law to include matters such as: 

  • rent stabilisation 

  • social housing provision and  

  • the introduction of a new housing tribunal 

Following the publication of the paper the 10 week-long consultation was launched. The consultation ended on 23 June, 2023.

During the consultation, we collected a considerable amount of information from 328 organisations and individuals interested in this Residential Tenancy Law Reform proposals. 

Our Privacy Policy sets the scope and describes how the submitted comments and opinions are processed, protected, and stored.

Since the consultation ended the new Minister for Housing, Deputy Sam Mézec, published his policy intent on how the changes to Residential Tenancy Law will be taken forward.
