Overview

This is a chance for those who live in Government properties to have their say on the suitability of the property they live in.

A review of the public estate is underway, and it is important to understand how our buildings are performing for those who are living in them and what changes are needed to improve them.

The Government of Jersey is currently undertaking a review of all publicly owned buildings, which includes residential housing, as part of the Strategic Property Asset Management Plan (SPAMP). As part of this review and to inform the SPAMP, the Government will be gathering data on the condition, suitability, and sufficiency of all buildings. The SPAMP is a requirement of the Island Public Estate Strategy and will help the Strategic Property team in ensuring that our housing properties are fit for purpose and support the best possible standards for current and future residents. To understand the suitability of our residential housing buildings, we would appreciate your time in completing a short survey. This is your chance to have your say on how suitable the building is, by giving us your views the building’s functionality, performance, and sustainability. Your views and feedback will be used to understand what changes need to be made to improve the suitability of our residential housing buildings
